Funding

AITO has a mission to support the idea of object orientation, especially connected research activities. In order to receive support from funds that have been produced by past object-oriented conferences you are asked to fill in the following questionnaire and send it back as soon as possible either by email (sdadah@methodcorp.com) or by fax to the number +962 (6) 516-5222.

Under the constraint of limited funds and depending on the number of forwarded applications AITO will only cover a percentage of the requested amount.

To reimburse the announced support the original receipts (receipts/bills of travel tickets, accommodation invoices, letters of confirmation/orders to pay etc.) of the costs you incurred are required. As soon as these documents have arrived here, we will initiate the payment.

It's understood that:

• We don't pay flat rates/lump sums.
• We need original receipts of the costs incurred.
• Applicants will always receive only part of the requested amount (approximately 65-70 %) - depending on the number of applications.
• If the expenditure is less than the requested support an adjustment has to be done and the reimbursement is less, too.
• Payments will not be made in advance and they will not be made in cash.
• There will only be one single money transfer for the announced sum of support.
