Assessment

Assessment is based on participation in the visits to research centers and in a concluding workshop on research methodologies. It unfolds in the following components:

· 30% - Performance in the visits: questions and comments. In each session there will be a group of students assigned this task. Other students’ participation will also be taken into consideration.

· 35% - Assessment by the workshop’s Program Committee of the research methodologies paper.

· 35% - Workshop presentation assessment made by colleagues and the Organizing Committee.

Call for papers

The workshop Program Committee is composed by the seminar coordinators and lecturers, who are responsible by the call for papers, the program topics, the schedule and the paper format.

The exact workshop schedule depends on the workshop date, which will be in February, on a week where no other exams exist.

Students submit papers with about 5 pages, receive the comments and prepare the final version with the corrections. During the workshop, each student must present his paper and assess the colleagues work in a relative way.
