Planning

The planning of the work to be developed was divided in four steps: Features characterization and content classes, Matlab terminal Block, UI Block and Final Documentation and Results.

• The first step is destined to the Database; in it will be developed all the MySQL code necessary to store A/V features and the algorithm to classify the content and the list of suggestions.
• The next step is all the work to be developed on Matlab: all the algorithms including the Machine Learning process and the features extraction, analysis and classification.
• The third step deals with the UI. The connection protocol between the UI and the Database is developed at this point as well as the design of the UI and the user feedback system.
• The last step is dedicated to the writing of the Dissertation. The diagram below shows the steps described and their respective execution dates.
