Welcome to my personal homepage at the Faculty of Engineering of University

Currently, I've just finished my M.Sc. thesis intituled New methodologies on Version Control Systems, which studies the current version control paradigms in a software engineering perspective. In particular, I've studied the SVN version control system and explored how the FOSS (Free and Open Source Software) could integrate with SVN to deliver a higher value SCM.I'm also working at Efacec Engenharia, developing in C, C++ and Java, mainly in Unix (HP-UX) and Linux systems.

About me
I'm a software engineer and computer scientist, enthusiast of
Mathematics, programming languages and computer security. When time is
enough I also enjoy playing football with my friends, going to the
cinema for a good film, picking my bike and going for a nice ride in a
nearby mountain where I live. Photography is also one of my hobbies as
well as reading a good book in a nice quiet place.
