Conference Registration

Registration is required for all participants. The Registration Form is available in Openconf.

Please complete the Registration Form preferably before 15 June 2009.

Fill a separate Form for each participant, a html copy will be sent to your e-mail.

A Letter of Confirmation will be emailed to each participant upon receipt of Registration Form and payment (or proof of payment). Please present this letter upon registration.

Important note for authors: The contribution will be included in the program and in the book of abstracts only after full payment of at least one registration fee per paper confirmed by 15 June 2009 (each registration payed validates only one paper).

 

Cancellations and Refunds

Written cancellation by 31 July 2009	= full refund – 50 € processing fee
Written cancellation by 1 September 2009	= 50 % of registration
No refund if cancelled after1 September 2009
