The rules for the elective course Special Topics were posted under PROGRAMME STRUCTURE > Electives. This new course opens the possibility of crediting teaching activities to PDEEC students.

Academic Year
The academic year of 2009/2010 starts in the weak of Setember 21, 2009, with a reception to the new students. On the week starting on September 28, strats the course work.

Applications for 2009/2010
For the 2009-2010 academic year, the application deadline is August 28th, 2009. However, the application process is permanently opened through the academic year with monthly evaluations. For further information go to www.fe.up.pt/pdeec. The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and the research Institutes associated with the Doctoral Program offers a limited number of grants to support the PhD students.
