The EUC and CSE conferences will be co-located and will share keynotes. Each participant is requested to indicate the conference (EUC or CSE) he/she will attend. This page includes all the information you need about the registration. If you have any doubt, please contact us by email ([email protected]).

If an author is the only co-author attending the conference and has to register more than 3 papers he/she should contact the organization in order to know the discounts.
While choosing your favorite subscription, please consider that:
· Each paper has to have a full registration (to the corresponding conference). If you present multiple accepted papers you are entitled to the “Multiple paper registration” discounts (see table below).
· A student registration is not suited for the registration of an accepted paper. To register a paper, a full registration is required (“Student with a paper”).
· A full registration to EUC or CSE counts also as a full registration for EUC or CSE for the paper.
· ACM members are not eligible for the discounted subscription (the discounted subscription is marked as IEEE Members).
· IEEE Member rates are only available to individuals who are IEEE Members at the time of registration - visit www.ieee.org/join to join. IEEE members will be required to show their valid IEEE membership card at the conference registration desk.
· EUC/CSE will cross-check all IEEE and CAS memberships against IEEE's database. Please make sure that you have renewed your membership for 2015.
· Students will be required to show their student (and IEEE, if applicable) membership card(s) at the conference registration desk.
Conference participation is nominal and may not be shared. Substitution of conference participation is permitted, provided the organizers have been informed by email ([email protected]) before August 1, 2015.
The organizers reserve the right to modify the conference program, speakers, or timing without prior notice and cannot be held liable for any such changes.
Cancellation is allowed if requested in writing before July 31st, 2015. A handling fee of 50 Euros will be charged. Registration fees cannot be refunded for cancellations for author registrations or for requests received after July 31st, 2015.

Payment receipts will be sent by email. Each attendee must register separately. Registrations by phone are not accepted.
