Preparing your contribution
The conference will include plenary lectures (with the duration of 35 + 5 min) and contributed papers. The latter will be accepted either as oral presentations (15 + 10 min) or as posters. Submission of abstracts will be accepted until the 18th of April 2010. The final decision on the acceptance of a paper as an oral presentation or as a poster will be made by the Local Organizing Committee, following a peer review by the International Advisory Board. A notification of acceptance will be provided by the 31st of May 2010.
Authors of all accepted papers for oral presentations are then invited to submit the full paper as a supplementary file, after which a second peer review will take place. The official conference language is English.

Author Guidelines
Submission of a proposal implies: that the work in question has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis); that its publication has been approved by all co-authors, if any, as well as by the authorities responsible - tacitly or explicitly - in the institute where the work has been carried out. The Local Organizing Committee will not be held legally responsible in the case of any claims for compensation.

The abstract should not contain any undefined abbreviations or unspecified references.

Units
SI units should be used throughout.
Figures, tables and equations
Figures and tables should be inserted in the appropriate places in the text, centered and numbered consecutively throughout the text, and should have a caption underneath (title) explaining its components. Care should be taken so that the lettering is not too small. The use of color in figures and tables is permitted and encouraged. Both color and symbols improve legibility. The equations should be presented as figures, centered and numbered consecutively throughout the text.

The list of references should be ordered alphabetically according to the author’s first name and surname. All references should be cited in the text using square brackets. Do not use footnotes or endnotes as a substitute for a reference list.

Supplementary material
Electronic multimedia files (animations, movies, audio, etc.) and other supplementary files to be published online along with an article or a book chapter are accepted. This feature can add dimension to the author's article as certain information cannot be printed or is more conveniently conveyed in electronic form.

Poster Format
Posters should have as maximum dimensions: 120 cm height and 90 cm width.
Abstracts scheduled for presentation in poster sessions will be grouped by topic, numbered and listed in the Final Program. The poster boards will be numbered in accordance with the program.

Any material received without such evidence will be assumed to have originated from the authors.
