16.00 Departure for Porto sightseeing boat trip
Bus will depart from the Conference Site.
We will drive to the Vila Nova de Gaia quay where you will be able to participate in a Porto sightseeing boat trip in which you will be able to take in a breathtaking view of the city (6 bridges and mouth of Douro) with a Port wine tasting session on board.
A tour full of culture and tradition complete with a different view of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia. A unique experience!
Transfer by bus to the Conference banquet place.
20.00 Conference Banquet at Círculo Universitário do Porto
Buses for the return trip to the Conference Site will depart at 23.30.
Friday, 17th of September
So as to end the congress in a truly memorable manner, you are cordially invited to participate in a lunch gathering which will be held in the Douro Valley at “Quinta Nova” during the harvest season which is a very special period at and for the valley. Before the lunch you will be able to enjoy a unique river cruise between Régua and Pinhão so as to wet your appetite as to the wonders of this region!
