IRF2013_Registration

All attendees, including invited speakers, are strongly advised to register in advance of the Conference. The registration fees for delegates and accompanying persons are as follows:

Registration Fee	Prior to 31 JAN 2013	After 31 JAN 2013
Full Delegate		850,00 Euro (max 2 papers***)
Student Delegate		600,00 Euro (max 2 papers***)
Accompanying Person		350,00 Euro

Reimbursement from cancellation:

90% until 31/JAN/2013; 50% until 15/MAR/2013; 0% after 15/MAR/2013

***Extra papers may be considered for publication, subjected to a special Publication Fee of 350,00€ /extra paper.

All registered delegates are entitled to one copy of the book of abstracts, CD-ROM with full-papers, attend all technical sessions, early-bird and welcome receptions, refreshments, lunches, conference banquet and privileged access to all initiatives of the social program. Accompanying Persons are entitled to the early-bird and welcome receptions, banquet and privileged access to all initiatives of the social program.
