Registration  

All attendees, including invited speakers, are strongly advised to register in advance of the Conference. The registration fees for delegates and accompanying persons are as follows:

 

*Extra papers may be considered for publication, subjected to a special Publication Fee of 350,00€ /extra paper.

**This fee applies only for authors that are not planning to attend the conference.

All registered delegates (full and students) are entitled to one copy of the book of abstracts, CD-ROM with full-papers,  publication and presentation up to a maximum of two papers (one oral and one poster), attend all technical sessions, early-bird and welcome receptions, refreshments, lunches, conference banquet and  privileged access to all initiatives of the social program. 

Accompanying Persons are entitled to the early-bird and welcome receptions, banquet and privileged access to all initiatives of the social program.

Publication Fee entitles the registered author to have his papers (maximum two) published in the conference proceedings, and to receive a copy of the conference proceedings (book of abstracts + CD-ROM with full papers).

Exhibitors are entitled to a 6m² booth equipped with a small table and two chairs, access to electricity and internet, registration of one representative as full Delegate, and the name of the company in the list of the conference sponsors.
