Interact and share contacts with students and graduates has never been easier! Thanks to BEAMIAN System – Digital You you may have access to the students and graduates’ CV with a simple touch.

This plataform enhances the interaction between all participants and allows the digital exchange of documents and contacts.

During FEUP CAREER FAIR it will be possible to:
– automatic reception by the companies of the students’ CV whenever their card is read by the system;
– send students information about the companies they have interacted with.

“Beamian – Digital You” System complements the recruiting process during the fair by offering a quick and safe method to bring together the interaction between companies and students and their online profiles.

How it is done
We identify the candidates (using an intelligent card or associating the system with their student card)) and the companies (with an electronic reader). With a simple touch the CV of each candidate is available to the company.

• The contacts are exchanged electronically and shared with both.
• The candidate keeps the history of the contacts and can follow them up.
• The company gets a list of all CV received which allows to organize information about their preferred candidates.

What you have to do
Company:
1- only have to register for FEUP CAREER FAIR as Main Sponsor, Sponsor or Exhibitor
2- at the end of the fair get the students’ CV and contacts

Students and Graduates:
1- go to Stand FEUP and activate your card (*there are beamian cards for the ones who don’t have a student card);
2- pass the card on the reader of the companies you are interested in and share your CV and contacts;
3- at the end of the fair get information about the companies you have interacted with.
