Fee – 500 Euros
Reduced fee – 400 Euros. It is applied to participants from developing countries (consult list here) and doctoral students (needed proof in registration form)
Refunds of registration fee possible if required until 31May23 with a retention of 50 Euros.
Social program for accompanying person includes bus to and from venue, cruise on the Douro, visit and dinner at Porto Wine Cellar. Price 170 Euros
In the event of natural acts, war, government regulations, pandemic, utility or communications failures or outages (including electrical, telecommunications, or internet service) or failure or delay in receiving electronic data, fire, disaster, terrorism, threat of terrorism, civil disturbance, government, health, or travel advisories, actual or threatened hazardous weather, strike, disease, service interruption or delay, or any other occurrence beyond the control of conference organization that affects the fulfillment of conference program illegal, impossible, or impracticable the conference registration will be terminated. The registered participant hereby waives any claim against conference organization for damages or compensation in such event. The conference organization is not liable for any injury, accident or sickness suffered by any conference participant or by the damage caused by any conference participant.
