Doctoral Symposium on Engineering Physics | Call for abstracts

The first Portuguese Doctoral Symposium on Engineering Physics took take place, the 11th to 12th June 2015, at Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto (FEUP). The Symposium is integrated in the Doctoral Congress in Engineering, organised by FEUPs PhD students, whose theme is “The role of PhDs in society: contributions and integration”.

The abstract book is now available!

Old news

Further to the parallel Symposiums, the Doctoral Congress includes plenary talks and workshops on PhDs employability, industry relations, innovation and patents – check the programme here, download the poster.

The Symposium is open to communications (oral and poster) by Master and PhD students on any topic of Physics Engineering/Applied and Technical Physics. Communications addressing published patents are welcome.

Programme The full programme is now available. The Simposium will be held in FEUP auditorium B022.

Instructions for presenters All oral communications are 15 min. long (including 5 min. for questions). Presenters can bring their laptop or the presentation (PDF format preferred).
