Besides the automatic email acknowledging you have submitted the registration form, further information will be sent to you later, by email.

At least one author of each accepted abstract (oral communication or poster) – its’ presenter – must pay a registration fee, by May 20th, for that abstract to appear in the Congress Booklet and be included in the Symposia Books of Abstracts.
Only registered authors with a paid fee will receive a certificate.

All Congress fees are stated including the VAT
Registration Fee includes: Entrance of 1 participant in the Congress, all plenary sessions, all Coffee Breaks, all Congress lunches and 1 Congress Kit. Participation in workshops is NOT included in the fee value. The Congress dinner is NOT included in the fee value.
Insurance: The registration fees do not include insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
