The growing increase in mobility within Europe, in particular the implementation of the Bologna Process, increases the weight lifelong learning has on professional valorisation. For Civil Engineering professionals, it is fundamental to look for continuous training courses specialized in the activities that they currently perform. This involves the promotion of the development of modules, courses and curricula with content, orientation or organization of European dimension, that are of certified quality and that lead to degrees recognized within the European space.

The Department promotes ongoing training in engineering areas in collaboration with FEUP's Postgraduate and Continuous Education Division, supported by the recognized research and teaching quality of our members.
