SEAA 2015 Submissions

Submission of camera-ready versions of accepted papers

For Euromicro SEAA 2015 we accepted four different types of papers:

  • Full/Regular Papers: max. 8 pages (IEEE-style)
  • Short Papers: max. 4 pages (IEEE-style)
  • Tool-Demo Papers: max 2 pages (IEEE-style) – No extra pages are allowed.
  • Poster Papers: max 1 pages (IEEE-style)  – No extra pages are allowed.

Purchasing extra pages:

  • Full/Regular Papers: Up to 2 extra pages may be purchased at 50 (Euro) per extra page.
  • Short Papers: 1 extra page may be purchased at 50 (Euro) per extra page.
  • Please include the amount of extra pages during the registration process

All paper types will be included in the proceedings.

For both tool demos and posters, tables will be provided at the location of the coffee breaks where they present their tools/posters to interested audience while enjoying a coffee. Beyond that, no formal presentation of tool demos and posters are planned.

Submission of papers (Closed)

SEAA 2015 encourages the submission of research papers and experience reports. Papers must contain original unpublished work, describe significant novel contributions, and provide evidence on the validation of results. In particular, reports on industrial applications are welcome.

Formating requirements. Each manuscript should include the complete paper text, all illustrations, and references. The manuscript should conform to the required CPS format: single-spaced, double column, US letter page size, 10-point size Times Roman font. Download templates here.

Language. The language of the conference is English.

Submission. All submissions are handled via Easychair at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=seaa2015

Reviews. All contributions will be reviewed by the international CPS Program Committee on their scientific merit and relevance, and they may be accepted as regular (max. 8 pages) or short papers (max 4 pages).

Publication. CPS, Conference Publishing Services, publishes the SEAA Proceedings (submitted for ISI indexing), submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

Best Papers. The SEAA conference will also provide best papers awards.

Journal Option. Selected best papers will be invited to revise and re-submit extended versions of their papers for publication in the Special Section on “Advanced Applications in IT” in the Springer Software Quality Journal.
