This week I started writing the final thesis report, simultaneously with testing some remaining functionality of the receiver. The equaliser was tested with Simulink data and works as expected, and a new data reception command was added to the command shell.

To prepare the next test day, we set up a new transmission board using a TDA2003 audio amplifier connected to the transducer driver. This allows us to use continuous wave input, which is absolutely necessary in order to measure the performance of the system with any degree of statistical significance. The entire chain was tested in the pool, which allowed us to wipe out the remaining bugs and adjust some receiver parameters, even though correct reception is largely impossible due to very strong multipath.
