Objectives
  • Facilitate the management of the project and ensure that the managing bodies can operate in the most efficient way;
  • Offer technical and logistical support facilitating the development of an active and interactive network between EnVIE scientists, stakeholders and policy makers in the field of indoor air and health effects;
  • Widely disseminate EnVIE general information and outcomes.

Objectives
Promote an interactive forum for the collection, review and critical evaluation of the findings and developments of research results on the health effects of indoor air relevant contaminants, in particular for patients with asthma and/or allergies and evaluation of the risk assessment relevance of indoor exposure threshold levels.

Objectives
Collect, review and critically evaluate the findings and developments of national and European research results on survey designs in terms of the interpretation and generalization of the identified source to exposure mechanisms, indoor exposure models for the assessment of past and present exposures, as well as the exposure consequences of alternative future scenarios.

Objectives
Define a picture, as comprehensive and objective as possible, of the situation of the actual building stock in the European Union in relation with indoor environment and related health conditions. This will be achieved by collecting research results from EU supported projects and other national and international actions on construction materials, HVAC (Heating, ventilation and air conditioning) systems, human activities including occupant behaviour in the spaces and respective consumer products used in that activities.
