Conference Fees

Registration fees cover:

• - the 4 nights (17th-20th) of accommodation at the conference hotel (5 star Hotel Algarve Casino, Praia da Rocha), international buffet breakfast included;
• - all meals (full board);
• - coffee breaks;
• - the conference welcome reception;
• - the conference gala dinner at the Casino (international show included);
• - the conference excursion (boat trip, box lunch included);
• - book of Abstracts and CD with full text papers;
• - transfer from Faro airport - conference hotel on saturday 17^th October and from the conference hotel - Faro airport on wednesday 21^st October upon request (please contact the secretariat);

Fees have been set as follows:

Early registration (fees should be paid by 15 June 2009)
Conference Participant, single occupancy	€ 790
Conference Participant, double occupancy Important: shared room; compulsory roomate indication.**	€ 690
Accompanying	€ 490 (in addition to € 790 for conference participant)
Ph.D. Student Participant, double occupancy*	€ 600
Late registration (fees paid after 15 June 2009)
Conference Participant, single occupancy	€ 880
Conference Participant, double occupancy Important: shared room; compulsory roomate indication.**	€ 770
Accompanying Persons	€ 550 (in addition to € 880 for conference participant)
Ph.D. Student Participant, double occupancy*	€ 670

*   Please attach a copy of your certificate. PhD students in a single room need to register with the full fee (790€/880€).
** For technical participants in double room occupancy: it is compulsory to indicate the name of the two participants sharing the room upon registration. Registration (and Payment) for both participants must be done simultaneously.

According to the conference policy, for every oral or poster presentation there should be at least one registration paid by 15 June 2009.

Special rates for conference participants before and after the conference

We have negotiated with Hotel Algarve Casino special rates for conference participants wishing to arrive before 17 October and/or stay after 21 October. Interested participants should contact the organization with their specific request.

- Double occupancy 118 €/2 pax (breakfast included).
