Conference Fee

The conference fee is 60€ and must be paid at the time of registration on the conference place. Only cash in Euro can be accepted. The fee includes:

• Registration;
• Buffet-style lunch on Monday and Tuesday;
• Conference dinner on Monday evening.

The fee does not include accommodation. However, a limited number of rooms have been reserved at Hotel Castello, see Accommodation section for further informations.

Depending on weather and availability, a social tour will be organised. Information on cost (if any), reservation etc. will be made available soon on the website.

Bursaries
We are pleased to be able to offer a limited number of bursaries to cover the conference fee and the accommodation. In order to apply you must be presenting a paper and be either a PhD student or from Eastern Europe. Applications from PhD students must be accompanied by a letter or an email from their supervisor confirming that they are registered as PhD students.

How to apply to bursaries
To apply you must first have submitted an abstract using this web site. You may then apply by sending an email to José F. Oliveira (esicup@fe.up.pt). Application deadline is the 31st January.
