I am a Senior Agile Coach with a strong and solid experience in IT Systems and Banking Operations. With more than 15 years in the Information Technologies area, mostly linked to banking, I always focused on finding and improving solutions for difficult or complex contexts. Seeking to grow continuously, in addition to the degree in Technology I found at FEUP a Master in Multimedia.
The passion for work and growing efficient, dynamic, and happy teams also took me through the world of Coaching, NLP and Agile. All these paths led me to do a master’s thesis in Coaching and NLP for Education with planning, implementing and evaluating e-learning training in motivations tools for teachers.
My path is also being shaped by interpersonal relationships, which in fact for me are the basis of professional and personal success. The future depends on sharing my knowledge, allowing me to find in others the inspiration that has always made me challenge limits and reach my personal and professional goals.
Every day that I was at FEUP with the colleagues, staff and teachers I found the knowledge and the inspiration that I was looking for to improve myself and my skills set. I always felt the support of everyone, especially the teachers, their friendliness and dedication were always present.
My advice for all students and future students of FEUP is to be resilient, motivated and believe that in FEUP they will have all the necessary tools and the people who will help everyone to achieve every goals.
