Prof. Fernando Nunes Ferreira
Graduated in Electrical Engineering at FEUP in 1972, started teaching that same year. He received his Docteur-Ingénieur degree in Génie Informatique (Informatics Engineering) at École National Supérieur d'Informatique et de Mathematiques Appliquées de Grenoble, France, in 1981, the PhD in Computers and Electrical Engineering at FEUP in 1982, and is a Full Professor since 1993. He has been involved for a long time in Computer Graphics and GIS, and he has an avid interest in natural interaction.

Prof. António Augusto Sousa

Received his PhD in 1996 at FEUP, in the area of Computer Graphics/Image Synthesis and Parallel Computing. He has been teaching in the same Faculty since 1983 in areas related to Computer Architectures and Computer Graphics. His expertise is focused on the area of Computer Graphics, namely Image Synthesis, Illumination Design and Virtual Reality, and also on the area of Parallel Computing.

Prof. António Coelho

António Coelho got his PhD in 2006 at FEUP in the area of Computer Graphics and Procedural Modeling. He is Assistant Professor at the Informatics Engineering Department of FEUP where he teaches in the areas of Computer Graphics, Programming and Geospatial Systems. His research interests are focused in the areas of Computer Graphics, Geospatial Systems and Digital Games.

Prof. Rui Rodrigues

Graduated in Systems and Informatics Engineering at Minho University in 1998. During his PhD he researched in the area of 3D reconstruction from Images divided between Philips Research, Eindhoven, and Minho University, until he concluded in 2006. He worked in the industry in the field of interactive systems, until he joined FEUP as Invited Assistant Professor in 2009, to teach and research in the areas of Computer Graphics, Interaction and Gaming. He is also a collaborator at INESC TEC/INESC Porto.

Prof. Alexandre Carvalho

Got his Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2001 and his PhD in scientific information management and spatial-temporal information visualization, with the final classification with honors in 2009, both at FEUP. His main areas of interest are computer graphics and information visualization, in particular spatio-temporal information.

Prof. Luís Teixeira

Holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering (2009) from the University of Porto in the area of computer vision, applied to the automatic description of visual scenes. Is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Informatics Engineering at FEUP.  He was a researcher at INESC Porto (2001-2008) and Senior Scientist at Fraunhofer AICOS (2008-2013).
