A IACES – LC Porto organiza todos os anos a Fase Local do ICEC, International Civil Engineering Competition, uma competição internacional que desafia os estudantes de Licenciatura e Mestrado em diferentes áreas da Engenharia Civil.
Este ano a Fase Local foi creditada pela Universidade do Porto com 1.5 ECTs e decorreu nas instalações da Faculdade de Engenharia da U.Porto (FEUP), entre os dias 29 de março a 1 de abril.
Os participantes tiveram a oportunidade de ter formações com os patrocinadores Ascendi, MotaEngil e QUADRANTE, além de terem contacto direto com as empresas, podendo entregar-lhes currículos, perceber o seu funcionamento e visitar as suas instalações.
A equipa vencedora da Fase Local terá a oportunidade de participar na Fase Final da competição em Timisoara, na Roménia, com equipas de outras Universidades e de outros países.
IACES – LC Porto organizes every year the Local Phase of ICEC, International Civil Engineering Competition, an international competition that challenges Bachelor and Master students in different areas of Civil Engineering.
This year the Local Phase was credited by the University of Porto with 1.5 ECTs and took place at the facilities of the Faculty of Engineering of the U.Porto (FEUP), between March 29th and April 1st.
Participants had the opportunity to have training with the sponsors Ascendi, MotaEngil and QUADRANTE, in addition to having direct contact with the companies, being able to deliver CVs to them, understand how they work and visit their facilities.
The winning team of the Local Phase will have the opportunity to participate in the Final Phase of the competition in Timisoara, Romania, with teams from other Universities and from other countries.
