To register for the Conference, please fill in the electronic registration form. Each participant, including authors, is expected to pay the corresponding
registration fee.


Conference Fee Before March 1st, 2011 After March 1st, 2011
Regular delegates 550€ 650€
Students (MS or PhD) 350€ 450€

The conference fee includes cd-rom of abstracts, lunches, conference dinner, coffee-breaks and reception first day.


Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent to the conference chairman. If it is received prior to May 1st, 2011, registration fees will be refunded with a deduction of €75. No refund can be made after May 1st, 2011.


Payment of Conference Fee

Payments are accepted by bank transfer or credit card. Information at the registration form.
Very Important: A copy of the Bank Transfer/VISA receipt must be sent to ferreira@fe.up.pt
