Major outcomes or processes where GEQUALTEC has been involved and worth’s mentioning:

Construction Technologies field

• Development of new systems for masonry in high performance simple cloth – CBLOCOS and OTMAPS;
• Experimental characterization of system frames according with the applicable European Standards;
• Development and characterization of insulating mortar ISODUR;
• Integrated studies and characterization of construction systems based on VIROC;
• Study of anomalies in masonries and facades;
• Works related with RCD – Construction and Demolition Waste management;

Construction Management and Information Systems field

• Design of the information model and contents ProNIC for road and building works, in consortium with LNEC and INESC Porto;
• Implementation of ProNIC to Parque Escolar, public work owner with the mission of public schools refurbishment process, on the 3rd stage of the investment (75 schools), including training and support to all users and development of new functionalities;
• Participation on SIGABIM project;
• Promotion and development of IcBench project;
