On behalf of the Portuguese Microscopy Society - SPMicros, we have the pleasure to announce the meeting INCOMA´14 - International Conference on Microscopy and Microanalysis that will be held in Porto, Portugal, from 6 – 7 November at FEUP (www.fe.up.pt).

This meeting will cover all aspects of Microscopy applied to Life and Materials Sciences, and will be developed through a series of quality plenary and invited lectures, as well as through oral and poster contributions. This meeting offers the opportunity to present and discuss the state of the art and the potential of Microscopy and Microanalysis techniques in research areas such as materials and life sciences, biomaterials, geology, heritage and archaeology, forensic sciences and industrial quality and innovation. The meeting will provide an excellent forum to discuss and exchange experiences, as well as to strengthen scientific and technical collaborations.

From the Companies’ point of view it is also a great chance to divulge new cutting edge research equipments amongst the Microscopy’s Community, achieve higher awareness of your Company and increase your network of researchers and scientists. Three types of Sponsors will be acknowledged:

Main Sponsor – Companies sponsoring in the value of 1500 €.

-The sponsor will be offered 2 attendee passes that entitles to all the benefits offered to the delegates, including coffee breaks, program and book of abstracts, conference dinner and social activities;

-A one-page advertisement in the program and abstract booklet;

-Sponsor’s advertisement/logo on the conference internet home page with link to the Sponsor home page;

-The logo will appear at noticeable places during the conference;

-Company information may be placed inside the bag or conference pack;

-Opportunity to offer a 20 to 30 minutes Technical Presentation during the Conference;

Regular Sponsor - Companies sponsoring in the value of 750 €.

Benefits:

-One exhibition stand (3m x 2m) free of charge

- The sponsor will be offered 1 attendee pass that entitles to all the benefits offered to the delegates, including coffee breaks, program and book of abstracts, conference dinner and social activities.

- The logo will appear at noticeable places during the conference, on the conference internet home page and in the book of abstracts.

Specific Sponsor - Companies subsidizing specific items and events during the conference.

-Coffee Breaks (one of the 4 offered during the conference) 300 €

-Lunch (one of the 2 offered during the conference) 1000 €

-Conference dinner 1500 €

-A Technical Presentation (15 minutes) during the Conference 300 €

-simple subsidy 200 €
