This document contains the materials for the training action Modern Techniques for System Design, which is part of the Design for Debug and Test module within workpackage 2 of the Leonardo INSIGHT II project. The objective of this training action consists of introducing the attendees to the general context of advanced electronic product development and providing the basic concepts needed for the remaining training actions that form the Design for Debug and Test module: Techniques for Prototype Debugging and Validation, Design for Test Standards and Proposed Standards, and Design for Debug and Test Techniques.
