Accompanying Persons

In order that an approved paper could be published in the Proceedings and included in the Program for oral or poster presentation, at least one author of the paper has to register as delegate to the conference.

Registered delegates are entitled to the presentation and publication of one paper (oral or poster), a copy of the book of abstracts and a copy of the USB-card with full-papers, attend all technical sessions, early-bird reception, welcome dinner, refreshments, lunches, conference banquet and privileged access to all initiatives of the social program.

Accompanying Persons are entitled to the early-bird reception, welcome dinner, banquet and privileged access to all initiatives of the social program.
