REC 2011 covers all aspects related to the design, implementation, test, applications and teaching of reconfigurable systems, including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Design methodologies
  • Design automation tools
  • Device and system architecture
  • Embedded systems
  • High-performance computing
  • Test and verification
  • Fault tolerance
  • Hardware prototyping and emulation
  • Partial (dynamic) reconfiguration
  • Applications (scientific or industrial)
  • Case studies
  • Educational applications

Paper submission

The regular language of the meeting is Portuguese, but authors are invited to submit papers written in English or Portuguese. Presentations may be done in English or Portuguese.

REC 2011 accepts two types of papers:

  • Long papers - reporting on solid work (limited to 8 pages)
  • Short papers - reporting on work in progress (limited to 4 pages)

Papers should conform to the usual conference format, with two columns per page on A4 paper.

All papers should be submitted electronically (in PDF) using EasyChair. Authors without an EasyChair account can create one at the same address.

All accepted papers must be presented at the meeting by one of the authors. The submission of the final version must be accompanied by the registration of at least one of the authors.

The final version of accepted papers should be submitted by email to [email protected] until 9 January 2011.
