In the marina of Vilamoura (5 minute walking distance from the hotel) there are a lot of stores where you can buy gifts, wine, clothes, etc.

The nearest shopping centers (“Centros Comerciais” in Portuguese) to Vilamoura are the Shopping Center of Quinta do Lago (QUINTA SHOPPING tel. +351 289 392 355 http://www.quintashopping.pt/ a small shopping center at distance of 12Km, 20mn driving) and the Shopping Center of Guia (ALGARVE SHOPPING tel. +351 289 105 500 http://www.algarveshopping.pt/ a large shopping center at distance of 22Km 30mn driving). In the Shopping Center of Guia you can find numerous options regarding shops, restaurants, and cinemas.

Tipping: In Portugal waiters do not rely on them for their income as heavily as in other places. Still, and depending on the level of service it is common to leave a tip between 5-10%.
