Other

Gala Dinner extra ticket: 70 EUR each
Cost per Additional ARC Paper: 200 EUR
Cost per additional page for ARC short papers (maximum of 2 pages per paper): 50 EUR

While on-site registration will be possible, we highly encourage ARC 2014 attendees to register prior to the conference using one of the options below.
Please, note that the registration forms don’t include the option to reserve rooms at the conference hotel (Please visit the Conference Venue page for hotel reservation details).

Terms and Conditions

• At least one author for each paper must register to attend ARC 2014 in order to present the paper/poster and to ensure that the paper is included in the workshop proceedings. Author registration must be completed along with the final camera ready paper submission before 3 January 2014! Please indicate in the registration form the ID(s) of the paper(s).

• One REGULAR registration is valid for one (1) paper (full or short). Authors presenting multiple papers must pay an “Additional Paper Fee” of 200 € for each extra paper.

• Conference participation is nominal and may not be shared. Substitution of conference participation is permitted, provided the organizers have been informed by email before August 1, 2013.

• The organizers reserve the right to modify the conference program, speakers, or timing without prior notice and cannot be held liable for any such changes.

• For each registration as a student, a scanned copy of the student ID card or a confirmation letter from supervisor is required and must be sent to [email protected].

• The ARC2014 Registration fee includes: ARC LNCS Proceedings, a complementary Welcome Reception Drink, 6 Coffee Breaks, 3 Lunches, and 1 Gala Dinner ticket

• The Registration ARC2014+REC2014 fee includes: ARC LNCS Proceedings, a complementary Welcome Reception Drink, 8 Coffee Breaks, 4 Lunches, 1 Gala Dinner ticket. REC2014 is a Portuguese event related to Reconfigurable Systems that will take place on Sunday, April 13, 2014.

Receipts

Payment receipts will be included in conference bags. No receipts will be sent in advance. Each attendee must register separately.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations of attendance must be made in writing to the ARC 2014 General Chair.

• Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the Conference after submitting an application for registration and payment may nominate a substitute, provided the organizers have been informed by email before March 21, 2014.

• No refunds will be made for authors of accepted papers.

• A full refund, less a cancellation fee of 100 EUR will be made on cancellations received before 28 February 2014.

• No refund will be made for cancellations made after 28 February 2014.

• Accommodation cancellations are subject to the rules and regulation stipulated by the respective accommodation venues.

Invitation Letter Requests

If you require an invitation letter for the purpose of applying for a visitor’s VISA to attend ARC’2014, please send an email to [email protected] and indicate your full name, passport ID, mail address, affiliation and the paper title (in case you have a paper).
