Henrique Rúbio was born in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, in 1992. In 2011 he graduated in the Professional and Technical Course in Mechatronics at CEFET-MG, Brazil. In 2012 he started his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering at CEFET-MG, Brazil. In 2014-2015 Rúbio participated in an exchange program (Science without Borders), in Valencia, Spain, studying Electronic Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. And in 2016 he moved to Porto, Portugal, moving his degree course. Currently, he is in the 5th year of the Integrated Master Course in Electrical and Computers Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto – major area: Automation, specialization: Robotics.
His professional experiencies started early:
- Internships (Brazil – 2011 and Spain – 2015, working in both with electronic maintenance);
- University Robotics Teams (Brazil – 2014-2016 and Portugal – 2018, electronics sector);
- Scientific Investigations (Research in Three Phase Filters, 2012-2013, CEFET-MG-Brazil, and Research in 3D Printers, 2015, UPV-Spain).
His main interests are in automation, robotics and electronics systems.
