Test targets:

• Stable active operation and control of the complete subsystem
• Development of safe start-up, shut-down and stand-by procedures
• Test of soot formation protection mechanism
• Test of AVL regeneration approach
• Test of carbon deposition inside the Evaporator
• Test of boundary conditions with different evaporator designs
• Gas composition measuring with different operation conditions

Test order:

• Test build up with the mentioned components
• Basic tests of operating procedures and control algorithms
• Calibration of control algorithms
• Test and development of all operating procedures and control algorithms
• Test of different operation conditions
• Carbon deposition test for 10h with different porous media.
• Test with different evaporator geometries
