All participants of the Symposium are required to register and to pay the registration fee. The details of the registration and payment will be included into our Second Announcement.

The Registration Fee covers attendance of sessions, maximum two papers presentation, lunches, coffee breaks, conference dinner and preprints of the abstracts.
Cancelation Policy
In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent to the conference chairman. If it is received prior to 31 st May, 2019, registration fees will be refunded with a deduction of €75. No refund can be made after 1 st June, 2019.
