The Pseudo On-Line Boundary Scan Failure DeTection (POST) solution proposed in this paper uses an enhanced BST infrastructure, fully IEEE 1149.1 compatible, to enable a restricted on-line detection of pre-defined circuit conditions and response capturing. The proposed solution may also improve Fault Tolerant applications, through its ability to inject correct values at faulty outputs.
