The House of Events has booked a number of rooms at Real Marina Hotel and Real Marina Apartments at special rates for the congress participants, with arrival on October 12th and departure on October 15th 2011. Additional nights can be confirmed on request. The congress organization is unable to guarantee the lowest price at all times.
The selected hotel is the one that will hold the Conference, located in Olhão, about 15km (20 min.) from Faro International Airport.

Real Marina Residence
The Real Marina Residence is located right next to Real Marina Hotel & Spa, in front of the Marina of Olhão, overlooking the Ria Formosa. It has 80 apartments from T1 (1 room with a double bed), T2 (1 room with a double bed and another with 2 beds) and T3 (1 room with a double bed and 2 rooms with 2 beds). The apartments are fully equipped with a complete kitchen (dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge), air conditioning and high quality finishes. Other facilities: soundproofing, LCD cable TV in the living room, individual safe in one of the bedrooms, hairdryer in one of the bathrooms. Guests staying at Real Marina Residence can use all the services from the hotel by paying a fee.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
All cancellations should be requested in writing to the Official Agency (vipimga2011@the.pt). The following policies and penalties will apply:
. Until 2nd of September 2011, no penalties applied;
. From the 2nd to the 16th of September 2011, 1 night;
. From 17th to 30th September 2011, 2 nights;
. From 1st October 2011 cancellations and or no-show – Full length of stay.
In case participants do not fill in the credit card information for hotel guarantee or make a full pre payment of the reservation, we will not consider your hotel reservation request.
