If you intend to submit a paper (or more) for the Congress, please do so before registering.
For each registration, two accepted abstracts/papers can be presented and included in the Book of Abstracts.
Besides the automatic email acknowledging you have submitted the registration form, further information will be sent to you later, by email (mentioning ‘registration ongoing’/’registration concluded’)

Please note that an unpaid registration will not be considered as a valid registration unless fully paid and confirmed.
All registered participants muts validate their registrations in the ‘Check-in/Reception’, to receive the Congress-kit with a certificate.
At least one author of each accepted abstract (oral communication or poster) – its’ presenter – must have a registration fee paid, by May 31st, for that abstract to appear in the Congress Booklet and be included in the Symposia Books of Abstracts.
Upon payment of registration, you will receive a ‘Confirmation’ email.
Only registered authors with a paid fee will receive a certificate.

Registration Fee includes: Entrance of 1 participant in the Congress, all plenary sessions, all Coffee Breaks, all Congress lunches and 1 Congress Kit with Certificate. Participation in workshops is NOT included in the fee value. The Congress dinner is NOT included in the fee value.
Insurance: The registration fees do not include insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
